At Club Azzurro Resorts, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
Guests are requested to cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may attract applicable charges or partial retention.
In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, the full booking amount may be charged.

Booking Terms & Conditions
By confirming a reservation at Club Azzurro Resorts, you agree to the following:
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 10:30 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
- Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in
- The property reserves the right to refuse check-in if policies are not followed
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Children & Pet Policy

- We are a pet-friendly resort; however:

To maintain a premium environment for all guests:
- Any damage to property (rooms, furniture, décor, or facilities) will be charged as per repair or replacement cost
- Smoking inside rooms or restricted areas is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or disturbance to other guests will lead to immediate action or removal from the property
- In case of excessive mess (including vomiting due to alcohol consumption), cleaning charges will be applied
